Using a professional agency to manage your property alleviates you from the pressure of having to deal with tenancy issues. Below we have set out some information that may be of assistance when deciding on an agent to manage your valued property.
ABOUT OUR OFFICE:
The Professionals Redcliffe is a founding member of the Professionals Real Estate Group and is a family owned business with founding Directors Des & Sarah Kilpatrick and the Principal Licencee Ian Kilpatrick. Professionals Redcliffe is a fully accredited member of the REIQ and the Business has been established on the Peninsula since 1975. Professionals Redcliffe offers a residential Property Management service for all property types. All Property Managers are licensed by the Queensland Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 and have successfully completed the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's course.
Our Property Management team members are all licensed under the PAMD Act, and are all up to date with the current legislation and are highly qualified in the positions held within our office.

With the Professionals Redcliffe Property Management team you will receive the best personalised service in liaising with our team. Your Property Manager will deal directly with you as well as your tenant. The Property Managers carry out their own entry condition reports, leases, periodic inspections, maintenance and vacates. You can be assured that your Property Manager will locate the best tenants possible and advise you on aspects of legislation. The Property Managers run their portfolios like their own business and you can be assured they all offer the best service we can offer.
ENTRY CONDITION REPORTS:
Your Property Manager shall complete a full and detailed entry condition report along with photographs prior to a new tenant moving in and ensure the premises are up to our high standard for letting. Once leased, the property shall then be inspected approximately every 12-14 weeks and a written report shall be forwarded to you.
Should any maintenance be required, we will report to you and seek your instructions and can arrange up to two (2) quotations and arrange renovations/repairs. Professionals Redcliffe uses a trusted and expert team in various trades. All our tradespersons are fully licensed and carry full insurance. You will be notified immediately of any serious maintenance issues.
ZERO RENT ARREARS TOLERANCE:
Any tenant that rents via our office, are instructed to be 1-2 weeks in advance at all times. Documents are signed agreeing to same. Property Managers carry out checks on any arrears, on a daily basis without fail.
SENIOR ASSET PROPERTY MANAGER:
Terri has an enormous wealth of experience, passion and expertise. Terri has resided on the Redcliffe Peninsula for over twenty years, having worked in Property Management for 10 of those years. Terri’s previous positions have encompassed acting as Senior Office Manager, Business Development Manager and Property Manager overseeing one of the largest rent roll offices in Queensland. Terri is extremely efficient, reliable and totally dedicated to offering Lessors the very best property management services possible. Terri will work with you to ensure that you have peace of mind knowing that your investment property is in the best and capable hands.
Mary is an integral member of our professional team at Professionals Redcliffe. Mary lives locally with her partner and two children. Mary is one of Property Managers who has worked in Real Estate for over ten years. Mary’s experience is thorough and she knows the importance and value of good property management and understands all aspects of the role.
Karina is a dedicated and intelligent young professional who has been in real estate for approximately five years. Karina’s time management and expertise makes her an efficient employee who takes great pride in her work providing a first class service to our clients. Karina’s enthusiasm and willingness ensures that clients receive the utmost service and results.
Property Management Administration:
Courtnee has been working in the Real Estate industry for a total of 4 years and undertakes a varied role within the Property Management Department. This includes being the first point of contact for Rentals, administration duties and general support for the team. Her friendly nature and professional work ethics ensures longevity for Courtnee's career in the Real Estate industry
